Help Make the 2nd Annual Queen Anne Day at the Market a Success—Volunteer With Us!
The 2nd Annual Queen Anne Day at the Market is coming up on Thursday, July 16, from 3:00–7:30 p.m. This community celebration will feature live music from the Salt Luck String Band, activities for kids and families, local organizations and businesses, pottery benefiting the Queen Anne Community Center Pottery Program, and a Beer, Wine & Cider Garden.
To make the event a success, we need enthusiastic volunteers who are ready to lend a hand and welcome the community. Whether you enjoy working with families, meeting new people, helping behind the scenes, or supporting event operations, there is a role for you.
Volunteer opportunities may include:
Set-Up and Tear-Down Crew – Help prepare the event area before opening and assist with cleanup at the end of the day.
Kids and Family Activities – Assist with activity tables and help create a fun, welcoming experience for families.
Vendor and Musician Support – Help participating organizations, businesses, vendors, and musicians find their assigned locations and get settled.
Beer, Wine & Cider Garden – Assist with guest check-in, ID verification, ticket sales, and other beverage-garden operations.
Queen Anne Chamber Booth – Welcome attendees, share information about Chamber membership and upcoming events, and help support fundraising for this year’s Holiday Tree Lighting.
Event Ambassadors – Greet visitors, answer basic questions, provide directions, and help attendees make the most of their time at the market.
