Volunteers Needed for Queen Anne Day at the Market

The 2nd Annual Queen Anne Day at the Market is coming up on Thursday, July 16, from 3:00–7:30 p.m., and we need your help to make it a success.

This year’s celebration will bring neighbors together for an afternoon of live music from the Salt Luck String Band, activities for kids and families, local organizations and businesses, pottery benefiting the Queen Anne Community Center Pottery Program, and a Beer, Wine & Cider Garden.

Events like this are only possible with the support of community volunteers. Whether you can help for the full event or just a few hours, your time will make a meaningful difference.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for volunteers to help with:

Set-Up and Tear-Down
Help prepare the event area before opening and assist with cleanup after the event.

Kids and Family Activities
Support activity tables and help create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for families.

Vendor and Musician Support
Help participating vendors, organizations, businesses, and musicians find their assigned locations and get settled.

Beer, Wine & Cider Garden
Assist with guest check-in, ID verification, ticket sales, and other beverage-garden operations.

Queen Anne Chamber Booth
Welcome attendees, share information about Chamber membership and upcoming events, and help support fundraising for this year’s Holiday Tree Lighting.

Event Ambassadors
Greet visitors, answer questions, provide directions, and help attendees make the most of their visit.
